Carine Mwiseneza Rutari is the Communication Coordinator for Aegis Trust Rwanda. She is responsible for promoting Aegis Trust Programmes in Rwanda and communicates its impact to the Rwandan community. She has several years of experience in behavioral change communications, crisis communications, electronic media, public relations and media outreach in the field of peace building, education, marketing, and government sectors. She holds a Degree in Journalism and Communication.
